This 16-page newsletter for the Frederick County Public Libraries is another chapter JPD has authored for this long-time client. We redesigned the quarterly newsletter, giving it more white space and the look of a magazine with plenty of photographs to add interest and readability, cover to cover. Each library branch also gets its own insert with local programs and information.
