In an effort to remain relevant to its many internet users, Frederick County Public Libraries (FCPL) wanted its new website to serve as a reference portal, specific to each demographic and special interest it serves. JPD responded by creating individually-designed departments for each segment – as one would find in a library – that cater to the aesthetic and informational needs each group. |
